Marcin joined Merson in 2007 and in 2017 he took on the role of General Manager. He has worked in most production departments and has been involved in large-scale projects for Tesco Gantry Rollout UK and Honda Europe to name a few. Now on the Board of the manufacturing facility in Poland, he works closely with the Merson UK directors to ensure the products are produced on time and delivered to the UK meeting the quality standards required.
