Roddy headed up the MBO of Merson in 2000 and has driven the strategic development of the business since then, growing it from a local operator with sales of £4m to a diverse £30m group with European operations. His core focus now is driving the digital transformation of the business while promoting the values to colleagues, clients & suppliers. His key interests include expanding the digital signage joint venture and SaaS development for key clients who are adopting the Digital Twin technology.
