Carlos Hernández

Carlos Hernández has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several years. Carlos'smost recent position is as the Director of Engagement Implementation at Merthin, a company they joined in December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Full Stack Sr .Net Developer at Liszt Soft SRL and as a Sr Software Engineer at Bloomberg Industry Group from 2019 to 2021.

Before 2019, Carlos held various roles in different organizations. Carlos worked as a .NET Developer at Globant from October 2018 to June 2019, where they generated new functionalities for a financial and tax management system and performed code refactoring and migration. From June 2017 to October 2018, they served as a Senior Software Developer at Megatlon, where they refactored, migrated, and maintained the company's internal management system and participated in the creation of new software architectures.

Carlos also gained experience as a Software Developer at K2 Sistemas from August 2014 to May 2017, working with a multidisciplinary team on a system for volumetric analysis of hydrocarbon reserves. Carlos started their career as a Junior Ontological Knowledge Analyst at DESOF-GECYT Project in 2013, where they contributed to the development of a consultation process based on the Enterprise Architecture meta-model.

In addition to their professional experience, Carlos also worked as a Research Assistant at Universidad Tecnológica de La Habana "Jose Antonio Echeverría", CUJAE, from October 2010 to June 2013. Carlos developed web tools for a technological surveillance system using OOP PHP and MySQL.

Throughout their career, Carlos has demonstrated strong technical skills and experience in software development, system implementation, code refactoring, and technology integration.

Carlos Hernández attended the IPI Pablo de la Torriente Brau from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a degree as a Computer Technician in the field of computer science. Carlos then went on to pursue further education at the Universidad Tecnológica de La Habana "José Antonio Echeverría", CUJAE, from 2009 to 2014. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, specializing in the field of industrial engineering.
