Judith Jones

Judith Jones is currently serving as the Chief Officer of Planning, Engineering, Estates, and Neighbourhood Services at Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council since April 2019. Prior to this role, Judith was the Director of Neighbourhood Services at the same company since April 2018. With a background as a Principal Planning Officer at the Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council in 2008, Judith has a solid foundation in urban planning and development. Their experience also includes roles as a Principal Planner at DPP and as a Team Leader in Development Control at Rhondda Cynon Taf CBC. Judith earned their BA (Hons) in Town & Country Planning from the University of the West of England.
