The idea of the Merula Cup stems from years of giving advice on finding the right menstrual cup. Merle, the founder of the Merula Cup wanted to create a cup for everyone, without the hassle of finding the right size.

At the beginning of 2017, the first Merula Cups went on sale. To expand the product range, various accessories have been developed and added to the range. Merula products can be found in large drugstores, as well as pharmacies and zero waste shops. Various online shops worldwide and our own web shop complete the channels of distribution.

The Merula Cup creates an innovative and sustainable alternative to common disposable items.

After two moves to larger premises, the start-up offers eight jobs in the Rhenish-Hessian mtownof Gau-Odernheim, which is situated between Frankfurt and Kaiserslautern.
