Mikko Pohjola

Mikko Pohjola is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Sales Manager for Key Accounts & OEMs and Northern Europe at Merus Power since May 2019. In this role, Mikko is responsible for negotiating contracts, promoting sales, and managing sales channels. Previously, Mikko excelled as a Sales Engineer, enhancing business opportunities in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, and contributed to marketing efforts. Early career roles included Technical Service Engineer, where Mikko delivered customer service and conducted electrical tests, as well as various positions in production and installation, demonstrating a strong foundation in electrical engineering. Mikko holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering Technologies from Tampere University and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from Tampere University of Technology.
