Jennifer Alexander Hicks, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Retention at Merus since January 2025. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Assistant Vice President Human Resources at Zwicker & Associates, P.C. from October 2019 to December 2024. Other notable roles include Human Resource Manager at Linamar Corporation and Sandvik, Inc., as well as Regional Human Resources Manager at AGC Glass Company North America. Additional experience encompasses working as a Human Resources and Compliance Manager at On Assignment and a Human Resources Manager at TENTE. Jennifer began a career in human resources as a Human Resources Coordinator/Recruiter at Bottom Line Systems from March 2004 to September 2007. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kentucky.
