Anantharaghavan C. Sundararajan Itil®Expert Pmp® Safe®Agilist

Anantharaghavan C. Sundararajan is an ITIL®Expert and PMP® SAFe®Agilist with a vast range of experience in IT service management and delivery. Anantharaghavan started their career at Sutherland Global Services in 2003, where they worked as a Manager of Technical Training until 2011. Anantharaghavan then joined Dell as a Service Desk/Technical Training Manager, later becoming a Technical Support Manager and Delivery Manager II.

In 2016, Anantharaghavan joined NTT DATA Services as a Delivery Associate Director, where they managed service delivery and later took on roles as IT Director for Service Delivery. Anantharaghavan then moved on to Merus N.V. in 2020, where they initially served as a Senior IT Manager and subsequently became the Director of IT Services. In this role, they are responsible for cost optimization, support integration, IT service support partners, and the management of IT and application managed service operations.

Anantharaghavan's expertise includes incident, request, problem, change, asset, and configuration management processes within IT services.
