Marian Kaeding has extensive experience in the snowboarding and action sports industry, currently serving as General Manager EMEA at Mervin Manufacturing, Inc. since February 2015, overseeing brands such as Lib Tech, GNU, and Bent Metal Binding Works. Prior to this role, Marian held various leadership positions including Director of Marketing for Europe at Burton Snowboards from June 2005 to February 2015, and Director of Sales & Marketing for The Program* / DNA in Europe. Marian was also actively involved as a Board Member for TTR Pro Snowboarding e.V. / World Snowboard Tour from 2011 to 2014. Additional professional experience includes managing roles at Unique Sports Products and Schneemond GmbH, along with consulting work and early career positions in sales and marketing. Educational background includes studies at the University of Essen, Germany.
