Megan Finnie

Megan Finnie is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Mervin Manufacturing, Inc. since December 2019, Megan has previously held positions such as HR Business Partner at Olympic Medical Center and Human Resources Manager at Aramark, where responsibilities included leave of absence management, performance system administration, and enhancing employee relations. With a background in developing and leading programs at Safe N Sound Swimming and the YMCA of Greater Seattle, Megan has demonstrated a strong commitment to team building, training, and organizational development. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from the University of South Dakota.
