As a Product Line Manager for both Apparel & Accessories and Snowboard Bindings, Paul has overseen the conception, development, production, and delivery of multiple product lines, collaborating with suppliers across the US, China, Taiwan, and Europe. Previous roles include Product Manager for Snowboard Boots and Marketing Manager for Team & Promotions, where Paul successfully assembled a top-tier team of professional athletes. Paul began their career in production and retail sales within the snowboarding sector, gaining extensive knowledge of production processes and team structure development. Paul holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Highline College.
