Anna Lukács-Karap has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Anna is currently working as a Customer Success Leader at merXu as of July 2021. Prior to this, they had a role as a Marketing Specialist EE at Techtronic Industries - TTI from April 2020 to October 2020. Anna also had a long tenure at Techtronic Industries - TTI, where they worked as a Customer Service Team Leader EE from December 2008 to February 2020. Before joining TTI, they worked as a Customer Service Specialist at A&M Elektromos Kéziszerszámok Kft. (TTI) from August 2007 to November 2008. Anna started their career as a Travel Agent at Jó Napot Krakkó Lengyel Utazások Irodája from August 2006 to March 2007.

Anna Lukács-Karap completed their high school education at Teleki Blanka Közgazdasági Szakközépiskola és Gimnázium from 1998 to 2002, where they focused on Economics.
