João Silva Santos

João Silva Santos has held a number of roles in the Human Resources and hospitality industries. In 2009, they began their career as a Human Resources & Marketing Coordinator at Marriott Hotels. In 2013, they moved to Dolce Hotels & Resorts as an HR Manager. In 2016, they became the Director of Human Resources at Wyndham Hotel Group. João then returned to Marriott Hotels in 2017 in the same role. In 2018, they joined BlueShift - Achievers Make the Change as a Líder da Área de Negócio BlueShift Talent and Líder do Achievement Center HR Management. Most recently, they co-founded and became the CEO and COO of merytu in 2019.

João Silva Santos obtained their Licenciatura em Psicologia from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa between 2005 and 2008. João then went on to receive their Mestrado em Psicologia Social e das Organizações from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa between 2008 and 2010. Additionally, they have a Mentor certification from Pitch Bootcamp.
