Prior to this role, Miles Tucker spent over three decades at LEO Pharma, where responsibilities included managing teams of Regional Business Managers focused on dermatology, critical care, and antimicrobial products across various regions, including Yorkshire, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Miles Tucker holds an Honours degree in Biology from the University of Stirling and additional qualifications in pharmaceuticals and workforce development.
