Gaye Erdogru

Gaye Erdogru is a highly experienced marketing professional in the healthcare and aesthetics sectors, currently serving as the Regional Marketing Lead for MENA at Merz Aesthetics since July 2025. Prior to this, Gaye held the position of Marketing Lead for UAE- Injectable Aesthetics at Galderma from March 2023 to August 2025, where responsibilities included executing brand strategies and collaborating closely with various stakeholders. Gaye's extensive tenure at Sanofi, from April 2018 to March 2023, encompassed roles such as Digital Transformation & Innovation Omni-channel Assignment and Immunology Customer Engagement Lead for Dupixent Biologics, where Gaye focused on improving patient care and managing marketing strategies across multiple therapeutic areas. Previously held positions at L'Oréal, GSK, and Novartis involved building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets in competitive environments. Gaye holds a degree from Marmara University and additional management education from Işık Üniversitesi.
