Zoë Winston

Zoë Winston is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as Global Learning and Development Senior Manager at Merz Aesthetics since March 2022. In this role, Zoë designs and implements strategic learning objectives and manages training programs that enhance employee skills for organizational excellence. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Director at the Center for Service and Leadership at The University of Alabama, where Zoë successfully adapted programming during the COVID-19 pandemic for over 200 team members and centralized assessment processes for a large annual leadership program.
