María Cristóbal Roncero

María Cristóbal Roncero has over 25 years of work experience in various finance and HR roles. María is currently working at Merz Therapeutics as the Finance & HR Head for Spain and Portugal. Prior to this, they were associated with Santen for 7 years, where they served as the Head of Finance and Finance & Commercial Planning Associate Director for Spain and Portugal. Maria also held the position of Director of Finance and HR at Archimedes Pharma, where they were responsible for reorganizing the finance department and developing the HR department. María gained experience in financial management and HR roles at NUCLIBER, S.A. and Grupo Ingenico. In the early years of their career, Maria worked as an Accountant at Sofamor Iberica, S.L. and as the Responsible Accountant at Kuwait Petroleum Spain.

María Cristóbal Roncero earned a Master's degree in Strategic HR Management from IE Business School in 2015. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in the field of Business Sciences from 1990 to 1995.
