Rob Roderick

Rob Roderick is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in the tech and finance sectors. Currently serving as the first product hire at Mesa, a seed-stage startup, Rob previously held the position of Director of Product Management at Xero, overseeing US product and innovation. Prior to Xero, Rob was the Product Lead for Commerce at Cash App and Afterpay, successfully driving innovations such as virtual cards and BNPL services, leading to the most profitable and fastest-growing business unit within the company. Rob's career includes roles at Juul Labs, Jasper, BBVA, Noonlight, Intuit, Breathometer, and AgLocal, where significant contributions to product development and market success were made. Rob holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Business Entrepreneurship from the University of San Francisco.
