Jessica Brooks

Jessica Brooks currently serves as the Manager of Inflight Training at Mesa Airlines, Inc. since September 2023. Previously, Jessica held several positions at Northern Air Cargo from May 2019 to September 2023, including Manager of Crew Scheduling and Flight Crew Scheduler. Additionally, from January 2019 to December 2021, Jessica was the International Exchange Coordinator at Education First Xian, where responsibilities included matching US families with exchange students from various countries. As a founding designer and Heart of Leadership Director at Keep Collective from August 2014 to September 2019, Jessica played a key role in the company's rapid growth. Earlier experience includes roles as a Veterinary Technician and Receptionist at Glendale Animal Hospital, and various positions at Mesa Airlines, Inc. and Swift Aviation Group, including Corporate Flight Attendant and Crew Scheduler.
