Kevin P. Funk

Kevin P. Funk is the Director of Security and Process at Mesa Airlines. Kevin has over 20 years of experience in aviation and security. Kevin started their career as an Ice Pilot at McMurdo Station, Antarctica Supporting the National Science Foundation. Kevin then went on to work for PHI from July 2013 to March 2014 as an Ice Pilot. Kevin has been with Mesa Airlines since April 2014 and has held various positions within the company including Director of Security and Process.

After completing their professional helicopter pilot training from Helicopter Adventures Inc, Kevin P. Funk went on to Furman University to study Economics and received their Bachelor's degree. Kevin is also certified from the Federal Aviation Administration in ATP, CFI, and CFIG.

Kevin P. Funk works with Doug Shockey - Vice President of Maintenance, Kenley C. Brown - Vice President, American Eagle Operations, and Brad Holt - Senior Vice President, Flight Operations. Their manager is Jonathan G. Ornstein, Chairman & CEO.
