Amanda Newman is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the design and modification of systems for power generation facilities. Starting with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Amanda's professional journey includes roles at Mesa Associates, Inc. as a Mechanical Engineer since August 2022, and prior positions at Tennessee Valley Authority and Johnson Service Group, Inc. as a Nuclear Design Engineer. Additional experience as a Mechanical Engineer was gained at Worley, Enercon Services, and WorleyParsons, along with earlier work as a Laboratory Technician at Filter Specialists, Inc.
