Prior to this, Rick held the position of Senior Corporate Vice President at Planes Companies from June 1999 to June 2020, overseeing Customer Service, Quality, and Long Haul Operations. Earlier in Rick's career, from May 1973 to May 1999, Rick was a Customer Service Manager at U.S. Shoe Corporation, where responsibilities included customer service management, participation in community initiatives, and call center operations. Rick earned a degree in Business Management and Marketing from Mount St. Joseph University between 1990 and 1994.
