Drew Carlton, MHA, RN-BC, FACHE

Drew Carlton has an extensive work experience in various leadership positions in the healthcare industry. Their most recent role is as the Chief Executive Officer at Mesa Springs, a position they assumed in March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Meraki Services LLC starting in 2019. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as an Administrator at Texas Health Resources. In 2015, they held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Carrollton Springs. Before that, from 2011 to 2015, they had multiple roles at UHS, including CNO, ECT / Schick Shadel Program Manager, Mobile Assessment Team member, and RN Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, High Risk Recidivist (Second Chances) PHP/IOP. Mr. Carlton began their professional career serving in the United States Marine Corps as a Corporal from 1999 to 2003.

Drew Carlton, MHA, RN-BC, FACHE has an extensive education history. In 2003, they attended Blinn College and obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree, majoring in History and Math. From 2005 to 2007, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History at Texas A&M University. After that, in 2008, they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Intelligence Studies from American Military University. Subsequently, in 2009, they attended Texas Woman's University and completed their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Most recently, from 2018 to 2020, they pursued and successfully completed a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) degree from The University of Texas at Arlington.

In addition to their formal education, Drew Carlton has obtained several certifications. In 2013, they earned the Psychiatric Mental Health Board Certification from the Credentialing Center. Drew is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). Additionally, they hold the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification.
