Jessica McSpadden

Jessica McSpadden has a diverse work experience background. Jessica started their career as an Account Executive at the Estee Lauder Group of Companies from 2001 to 2010, managing retailer relationships and sales in various locations. Jessica then worked as an Account Executive for Clarins Group from 2010 to 2012, overseeing a territory of 70 doors and managing retailers such as Neiman Marcus and Dillard's. Following that, they joined Community Hospice of Texas as a Business Development representative from 2012 to 2014, where they formed relationships with healthcare professionals and signed two physicians as Medical Directors. After that, they worked at Mesa Springs from 2014 to 2023, initially in a Business Development role and later as a Senior Account Manager. Currently, Jessica is working as an Outreach Liaison at BasePoint Academy.
