Marisa Deutsch

Marisa Deutsch has over 20 years of experience in real estate law. Marisa is currently the Head of Legal at Mesa West Capital. Prior to that, they served as Associate General Counsel at Rockwood Capital for almost a decade, where they advised on acquisitions, financing, risk management, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Before that, Deutsch was Vice President and Senior Counsel at Bank of the West, where they provided legal counsel for the Real Estate Industries Division and managed the REO team. Early in their career, Deutsch worked as an associate at law firms Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, O'Melveny & Myers, and Irell & Manella, where they advised clients on real estate transactions, lending, syndications, and joint venture agreements.

Marisa Deutsch earned an A.B., with distinction, in American Studies from Stanford University in 1997. From 1998 to 2001, they attended the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law, where they earned a JD degree, but their field of study is unknown.
