Charlie Hall

Charlie Hall is the Director of Project Development at MESA. Charlie has over 16 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on project management and development.

Charlie started their career as a Project Engineer at Kitchell in 2004. Charlie then moved to UEB Builders in 2007, where they served as a Project Superintendent and Engineer for 4 years. In 2011, Charlie left UEB to join Wespac Construction as a Project Manager. Charlie oversaw projects in Arizona, California, and Nevada before returning to UEB in 2014 as a Development Manager.

In their current role at MESA, Charlie is responsible for leading the development of new projects from feasibility through construction. Charlie has successfully completed projects totaling over $1 billion in value.

Charlie Hall has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Arizona.

Their manager is Cary Hill, CEO. Charlie Hall works with Terry May - President, Kelsey May - Director, Support Services, and Mark Cadle - Director, Corrosion Solutions.
