Juan Carlos Rubio García has worked in the software development and information technology industry since 2007. In 2009, they completed a software development internship at ATTEMPT INFORMÁTICA S.L. From 2007-2009, they were an Operario Industrial at Inoxmet Metalinea, S.L., where they were responsible for operating machinery and additional tasks such as packing, assembly, painting, and cleaning. In 2015, they became a Técnico en Servicio de Informática at EPSAlicante - Escuela Politécnica Superior de la Universidad de Alicante, where they were responsible for the installation and maintenance of software in a computer room and configuring users' wireless devices to access the university's WiFi network. In 2017, they became a Full-stack Developer at Capgemini, and in 2018 they became a Software Developer at Virtusway Spain. Currently, they are a Software Developer at MESbook - Gestión de Fábricas en Tiempo Real.

Juan Carlos Rubio García obtained their Máster en Ingeniería de Telecomunicación from Universitat d'Alacant between 2013 and 2017, specializing in Ingeniería de telecomunicaciones. Juan Carlos also obtained an Experto en Tecnologías y Certificaciones de Telecomunicaciones from the same university between 2015 and 2016, specializing in Networking. Prior to that, they obtained an Ingeniería Técnica de Telecomunicación.
