Jakub Janowiak

Jakub Janowiak has extensive work experience in the field of data science. Jakub is currently working as the Lead Data Scientist at Mesh-AI since December 2022. Before joining Mesh-AI, they were a Senior Data Scientist at the same company from August 2022 to March 2023. Prior to that, Jakub worked at IBM, where they held various roles. Jakub was a Senior Data Scientist from April 2022 to August 2022. Jakub also served as a Strategy Consultant and a Data Scientist at IBM from October 2019 to May 2022. Before entering the industry, Jakub worked as a PHD Researcher at the University of Leeds from October 2015 to May 2022.

Jakub Janowiak completed their education at the University of Leeds. From 2015 to 2019, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Crystal Engineering and Data Science. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2015, they obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Chemical Engineering from the same institution. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also hold certifications such as the PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management, obtained in May 2019 from PeopleCert, and the AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, obtained in an unspecified year from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
