Sebastian Krumhausen

Sebastian Krumhausen has extensive work experience in product management, innovation, and strategy. Sebastian is currently a Founding Partner and Product Management Consultant at Mesh Firm, a position they have held since 2020. Sebastian is also the Founder and Managing Director of MÆT Pets, a role they took on in 2020. In 2021, they became a Partner at Coventures, where they help organizations and founders build their businesses.

Prior to these roles, Sebastian worked as a Senior Innovation Manager at Futurice from 2018 to 2020, where they led product development projects and brought new services and products to market. Sebastian also has experience as an Interim Product Marketing Lead at momondo in 2018, where they developed marketing campaigns and implemented strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.

Before that, Sebastian worked as a Lead Product Manager at Unwire from 2017 to 2018, where they managed the development and go-to-market strategy for products. Sebastian was also a Co-Founder and Head of Product at Sure from 2016 to 2017, where they were responsible for product, strategy, and technology.

Sebastian has further experience as a Senior Strategy Manager at TELUS Digital from 2015 to 2017, where they worked on product management and strategy for digital initiatives. Sebastian also worked as a Product Manager & Experience Design Consultant at Krumhausen Consulting in 2014 and as an Experience Design Consultant at the LEGO Group from 2013 to 2014.

Throughout their career, Sebastian has demonstrated skills in product management, innovation, strategy, marketing, and user experience.

Sebastian Krumhausen obtained a M.Sc. in Engineering with a focus on Design & Innovation from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, where they studied from 2007 to 2013. In addition, they earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Human-Computer Interaction with Ergonomics from UCL, studying from 2011 to 2012. Sebastian has also obtained several certifications, including Growth Hacking from Columbia Road, Professional Scrum Product Owner from Scrum.org, Certified SAFe 4.6 Program Consultant (SPC) from Scaled Agile, Inc., and Lean Service Creation (LSC) Facilitator from Futurice, all obtained in 2019.
