Ade Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ade started their career in 1990 as a Field Sales Executive at Black & Decker. Ade then moved on to work as a Board Director at TEAM LGM from 1993 to 1998. From 2002 to 2005, they served as a Board Director at Dynamo. In 2005, they joined Billington Cartmell as a Senior Board Director, where they had overall responsibility for the group's retail division and played a strategic role in multi-channel marketing communication. In 2014, they co-founded mesh retail, an integrated marketing agency focused on the commercial understanding of selling. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Strategy Officer & Company Director at Mesh Marketing Ltd since 2016.

Ade Thomas attended Binswood College in the UK from 1985 to 1987. From 1987 to 1990, they pursued a Bsc (Hon) in Applied Economics at the University of Plymouth.
