Drew Richter has worked in various roles since 2013. Drew began their career at Systec Conveyors as a Sales and Marketing Manager, where they managed and maintained the company's current client list, converted leads into sales, and developed a new marketing and advertisement campaign. In 2014, they took on the role of Operations Management at National Logistics Cold Storage, where they spearheaded IT set up for a new start up facility and trained clerical staff. In 2016, they became a Project Manager at Epic, where they were responsible for the overall install success of Epic's Resolute Professional Billing module at various hospitals. In 2018, they joined Torchlite as a Regional Account Executive and Business Development Representative, where they prospected, qualified, demoed, and managed new clients through the entire sales process. Finally, in 2019, they became the Director of Customer Success at AppraisalVision, where they owned client relationships through all phases of strategy, scoping, product development, and service delivery. In 2021, they began their current role as a Customer Success Manager at Mesh Systems.

Drew Richter attended Purdue University from 2012 to 2016, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Selling and Sales Management. In May 2016, they obtained a certification in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Purdue University.
