Kate Stroud

Kate Stroud has over 14 years of experience in human resources and people management roles. Kate is currently working as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Mesmerise, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of People & Culture at Red Lorry Yellow Lorry from March 2022 to March 2023. Kate also worked as the Head of People & Culture at Squint/Opera from October 2018 to January 2022. Before that, they held the role of Standalone HR Manager at 23red from March 2018 to September 2018. Kate also worked as a Standalone HR Manager at VML London from September 2014 to March 2018. Kate started their career as an HR & Talent Acquisition Manager at Cheil Worldwide Inc. from September 2013 to September 2014. Prior to that, they served as a Standalone EMEA HR Generalist at Exponential from April 2012 to August 2013. Kate began their career as a European HR Coordinator/Training Manager at Specific Media in November 2008 and held that role until April 2012.

Kate Stroud completed their Bachelor's Degree in BA Communication from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2003 to 2006. Kate later pursued a Post Grad Diploma in Broadcast Journalism from City University, London from 2007 to 2008. Kate then went on to attain a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) from 2011 to 2013.
