Ralph Simon is a seasoned organizational developer and consultant in digital transformation, currently serving as a Chargé d’affaires at meSoigner.fr and a consultant in sales and organizational development at eres. They co-founded and managed siba GmbH from 2010 to 2013 and have held various roles in sales and prepress operations throughout their career. Ralph obtained a Master’s degree in Organization Development from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and is currently pursuing training as a Hypno-Coach at the Ecole Centrale d'Hypnose.
