Wilmar M. has extensive experience in education and communications, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for Funsepa since 2013, focusing on fundraising for technological advancements in Guatemalan schools. As a Bilingual Teacher for the Mesquite Independent School District since 2014, Wilmar M. also holds an administrative role targeting parental involvement. Previous experience includes pioneering a dual-language program at Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD, directing training for franchises at Pizza Patron, and managing sales for a Hispanic market magazine. Wilmar M. has also worked in public relations for the Guatemalan government and possesses advanced degrees from Southern Methodist University and Universidad Francisco Marroquín.
