Sam Todd

Sam Todd serves as a Principal at OceanSound Partners since May 2023 and holds board member positions at PAR Excellence and Message Broadcast, both since January 2024 and September 2024, respectively. Previously, Sam held the role of Vice President at Thoma Bravo from February 2022 to May 2023, with investments and board involvement in companies such as Mercell and UserTesting/UserZoom. Prior to that, Sam was a VP at Spectrum Equity from August 2016 to January 2022, progressing from Analyst to Sr. Associate. Earlier experience includes working as an Analyst at North Point Mergers and Acquisitions. Sam earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English from Dartmouth College after attending Cathedral Catholic High School.
