Carina Gerry

Carina Gerry is a seasoned engineering leader currently serving as the VP of Engineering at MessageGears since July 2024. Prior to this role, Carina held various leadership positions at Salesloft from September 2015 to July 2024, including Director of Software Engineering, where management of teams across multiple countries was a key responsibility, and Director of Quality Engineering, overseeing Quality Assurance and Support Engineering teams. As the first Quality Assurance hire at Salesloft, Carina established the QA department and implemented best practices for SaaS development. Earlier career experience includes serving as Quality Assurance Lead at Nexidia, managing an offshore team, and Software Engineering Manager at Accenture, where supervision of a custom Java case management system for a government contract was a highlight. Carina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
