Chris Parsons

Chris Parsons has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Chris is currently working as a Senior Application Support Engineer at MessageGears since March 2022. Previously, they worked as a Senior Application Systems Engineer at Avolve Software from July 2021 to February 2022.

Prior to that, Chris held several roles at Tyler Technologies, starting as an Associate Software Support Specialist in September 2015 and progressing to become a Senior Software Support Analyst, Software Support Team Lead, and finally a Senior Software Support Analyst. Their tenure at Tyler Technologies ended in July 2021.

Before entering the software industry, Chris worked at Material in Motion as a Process Engineer and Technical Writer from February 2013 to July 2015. Chris also gained experience as a Warehouse Manager at TJH Packaging Company, Inc from June 2010 to February 2013.

Chris started their career as a Technical Writer Co-op at Polytron, INC in May 2011. In 2009, they briefly interned as a Senior High Intern at Perimeter Church. Prior to that, they gained customer service experience as a Customer Service Associate at Fry's Electronics from October 2008 to May 2009.

Chris Parsons attended Georgia State University from 2010 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Creative Writing. Prior to that, they attended Georgia Gwinnett College from 2009 to 2010, also studying Creative Writing. In 2007 to 2008, Chris enrolled at Athens Area Technical Institute, however, their degree and field of study during this time are unknown.
