Jonathan Sentenga

Jonathan Sentenga is an experienced Application Support Engineer at the London Metal Exchange since March 2017, with a background in various IT roles. Prior to this position, Jonathan worked as a Senior IT Consultant at FDM Group for a brief period in early 2017 and served as an Application Support Analyst at British Airways from March 2013 to December 2016, focusing on third-line support for critical flight crew applications. Jonathan began a career in tech at FDM Group as a Trainee Application Support Analyst after completing a rigorous training program and also held roles in customer liaison at Thames Water and technical support at Agilent Technologies. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Brunel University London and a BTEC National Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the University of West London.
