Naikel Aparicio

Naikel Aparicio has worked in the IT industry since 2000. In 2000, they began as an Intern Software Engineer at Cisco Systems, where they developed an automated OpenDSL provisioning system. In 2003, they joined Ogangi Corp as an Operations Engineer, where they were in charge of the administration of two data centers and the configuration of Cisco routers and switches. Naikel then became the Operations Manager, managing a budget to acquire hardware and replacement parts and taking care of the support contracts with providers. In 2009, they joined Messangi as the Director of Operations and Support, where they were the leader of the technology departments. Naikel was responsible for the planning and deployment of new technologies, the management of the first and second tier customer support groups, and the supervision of maintenance and security of all products and services.

Naikel Aparicio obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar. In 2017, they obtained an Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer from Oracle. In 2018, they obtained an Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 8 Programmer from Oracle. Naikel also holds a Cisco Certified Network Associate certification from Cisco.
