Dr. Hendrik Müller-Giegler has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2007, they served as a Digital New Business Development Intern at CTS Eventim AG. Dr. Hendrik then worked as a Product Manager at Sony Music Entertainment from 2009 to 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Marketing Manager at BB Promotion GmbH, where they focused on Europe-wide marketing for premium live entertainment shows. Dr. Hendrik then served as an Entertainment Manager and Head of Department at TUI Cruises GmbH from February 2014 to August 2014. Following that, they worked as the Marketing Manager for Plopsa - Studio 100, managing marketing and communication activities for six theme parks in Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands. In 2016, they joined BRmedia Service GmbH as the Head of Marketing & Sales for BR Orchestras and Chorus. In 2018, they became the Director of Marketing Communications for Entertainment, Media & Creative Industries at Messe Frankfurt GmbH. In addition, they served as the Director of Frankfurt Fashion Week from 2021 to 2022 and is currently the Group Project Director for Digital Transformation at Messe Frankfurt GmbH. Dr. Hendrik also has experience in academia, working as a Lecturer for Quantitative Research Methods at Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Frankfurt since 2020.
Dr. Hendrik Müller-Giegler holds a Professional Certificate in Data Science / Computational Statistics from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Dr. Hendrik also earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Social Sciences, Psychology from HfMDK Frankfurt (Spychiger) | ETH Zürich (Wehner). Additionally, they have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, General Management from the University of the Sunshine Coast and another MBA in Business Administration, International Marketing Management from ESB Business School, Reutlingen University. Dr. Müller-Giegler also obtained a Diploma in Music, Music Education, Classical Guitar (Teuchert), Jazz Guitar (Sagmeister) from Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Frankfurt and completed their Undergraduate Studies in Economics at Goethe University Frankfurt.
