E. Paul Hitter Jr.

Paul began his career with Messer in 1985 after receiving a B.S. in business administration from Xavier University in 1983. He continued his education by earning an M.B.A. from Northern Kentucky University in 1991. After more than ten years of service, Paul was promoted to Controller in 1996 and then Chief Financial Officer in 2010. He oversees all Messer’s financial affairs including expenditures and finances. Paul currently serves on the boards of Every Child Succeeds and the Xavier University College of Management Advisory Board. He is a graduate of Leadership Northern Kentucky and Leadership Cincinnati Class XXXI.
