VP, Building Systems Group at Messer

Mike joined Messer in 2002 upon graduating from Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. In his current role, he leads Messer’s Building Systems Group, which plans and manages the installation, start-up and commissioning of building mechanical and electrical systems. Mike completed The Ohio State University’s $325 million North Residential District Transformation project, a 2016 AGC Build Ohio Award winner, built to redefine the student experience. His other project experience includes award-winning The Ohio Judicial Center, Grant Hospital Revitalization, IGS Corporate Headquarters, Ohio Dominican Student Center, Scioto Mile, Battelle Building 8, and Mt. Carmel St. Ann’s Project Grace.

Mike serves his community as a board member for the USO-Ohio, an organization dedicated to strengthening America’s military service members by keeping them connected to family, home and country throughout their service to the nation.
