Marvell Harris

Marvell Harris has extensive experience in the insurance and consulting sectors, currently serving as an Independent Insurance Agent at Messer Financial Group since January 2007, where services for life and health insurance products are marketed globally. Previous roles include Senior Vice Commandant at the Marine Corps League and Judge Advocate at the US Disabled American Veterans National Foundation. As CEO of Harris International MSE, Inc. from 1985 to 2007, Marvell was instrumental in developing a Federal Healthcare program contributing to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Marvell's military service as a Sergeant in the US Marine Corps during the Vietnam War laid a foundation in leadership and commitment. Educational qualifications include a BS in Management & Ethics from Mid-American Christian University and an AS in Computer Information Systems from El Camino College.
