Brett Perry

Brett Perry is an Attorney and Shareholder at Messerli & Kramer, with a practice focused on commercial, industrial, and residential real estate matters, including financing, sales, acquisitions, leasing, and land use. Since joining Messerli & Kramer in September 1998, Brett has represented a diverse clientele, including national and regional banks, property owners, and developers. Additionally, Brett served as an Adjunct Professor at Hamline University School of Law from January 1996 to May 2015, teaching "Commercial Real Estate Transactions" with an emphasis on practical legal applications. Brett's legal education includes a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from St. Olaf College. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Jensen & Swanson, P.A. from April 1994 to September 1998.
