WHO WE ARE At Messerli Kramer, we’ve spent 60 years building a reputation as a firm of “attorneys and advisors” – or, as we like to say, a place where the law isn’t always the best answer. Our attorneys come from an array of backgrounds, and in everything we do, we put people first – not just with our clients, but also with our employees. That means making the right decision at every turn, even if it doesn’t always benefit our bottom line. That’s what makes a healthy work culture. That’s what makes us Messerli Kramer. WHAT WE DO Since 1965 we’ve fostered a collaborative environment, one in which the breadth and depth of services available to our clients isn’t limited by ability. That’s why we maintain three offices, each of which focuses on a different aspect of corporate and individual needs – from consumer collections and creditor remedies in Plymouth, to full-service corporate and litigation needs in Minneapolis, to high-powered governmental lobbying in St. Paul. We believe that encouragement, support and respect for one another is what fosters an enviable environment, and that all starts with investing in the right people – with investing in attorneys and advisors. WHY WE’RE DIFFERENT Our focus of providing sound advice for all clients, regardless of the impact on our bottom line, comes from our ability to operate as boldly independent. With Minnesota-based ownership and a diversified practice distribution designed to withstand economic swings, we are able to nimbly navigate client needs and provide top-notch service at every stage of an interaction.
