Matthew R. Sullivan

Mr. Sullivan is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate, Corporate, Banking & Financial, and Restaurant & Hospitality Practice Groups. Mr. Sullivan is a graduate of Gonzaga University and The University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Mr. Sullivan also attended the University of Colorado, where he received his MBA. Prior to joining Messner Reeves, Mr. Sullivan worked as Corporate Counsel for Red Robin International, Inc., focusing on Real Estate and Asset Management. His experience there included negotiating and drafting purchase and sales agreements, commercial leases, amendments, renewal amendments, estoppel agreements, and subordination non-disturbance and attornment agreements.
