Øyvinn Lossius

Øyvinn Lossius has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Øyvinn started their career in 2002 in the Norwegian Armed Forces as a Guard Commander during their mandatory military service. Øyvinn then worked in various positions from 1995 to 2007 in different organizations. In 2007, they joined SpareBank 1 SMN as a Cashier and later became a Customer Advisor. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Research Assistant at SINTEF, where they built a complex Excel-based capacity planning tool and contributed to other projects. In 2010, Øyvinn joined Mesta as an Executive Trainee / Konserntrainee and then took on roles such as Faglig leder - Produksjonssystem / Produksjonsoppfølging and Produksjonsleder. Øyvinn later became a Risk Manager and Sjef Risiko og Resultatsikring. Currently, they are working at Mesta as the Head of Data & Analytics, starting in February 2021.

Øyvinn Lossius completed a Master's Degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management / Indøk from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2005 to 2010. In 2009, they also pursued a Master's Degree at The University of Western Australia. Unfortunately, no specific field of study is mentioned for the latter degree.

In addition to their educational background, Øyvinn Lossius has obtained several certifications. Øyvinn acquired the Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate certification from Microsoft in December 2020. Furthermore, they received the Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals certification in July 2021 and the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification in August 2021. Most recently, in March 2023, they completed the Data Management Fundamentals Exam: Master Level from Canvas Credentials (Badgr).
