Jim Monahan started working at Mestek, Inc. in April 2000 and held the position of Senior Vice President, Manufacturing. Jim retired in July 2022 and currently works as a retired person at Stressless.
Jim Monahan started their education journey by attending Baldwin Senior High School in Baldwin, NY, from 1971 to 1974. Jim did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field during this period. After completing high school, Jim went on to SUNY at Morrisville, where they pursued an Associate of Arts degree in PADAAN. This stage of their education lasted from 1974 to 1976. Finally, Jim attended the Rochester Institute of Technology, majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Jim earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.S.M.E.) from RIT between 1978 and 1983.

The Company's HVAC product lines include commercial boilers, commercial radiation, residential baseboard, unit heaters, engineered commercial and mission critical equipment, industrial HVAC equipment, and dampers and louvers. The Company's products also include Dadanco active chilled beams, and Linel and AWV architectural products. The Company also holds interests in Turbonics, Inc., which manufactures hydronic kickspace heaters and related products.
