Prior to this, Howard was a Partner at Stradley Ronon from January 1999 to March 2001, and at Housley, Kantarian and Bronstein from September 1984 to December 1998. Howard completed their Doctor of Law at The George Washington University Law School in 1984, with a focus on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. Additionally, Howard holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Pomona College.
