James Baxley

James Baxley is a Health Insurance Advocate currently working independently since February 2018. Prior to this, James worked as an eDiscovery Specialist at Mestel & Company from 2014 to present, handling continuous eDiscovery contract assignments at Deloitte Discovery. Before that, James worked as a Senior Attorney at Patton Boggs LLP from 2008 to 2013, managing eDiscovery projects related to the World Trade Center cases. James also has experience as a Partner at Hart Baxley Daniels & Holton, focusing on trademark counseling and litigation. With a law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, James has extensive experience in the legal field representing clients in various litigation matters.
